József Csongor Selmeci

I earned my first degree at Miskolc University Faculty of Economics and became a chartered economist. Then I earned a degree at IBS (International Business School) as organization development supervisor (2000-2002) and later on, at the first Hungarian training of the Slovak Yoga Association (1998-2001) I earned my yoga teacher degree. I haven’t stopped studying since then, I am a chartered brain trainer, neurofeedback specialist and I studied psychpathology and developmental psychology for one year at Béla Daubner.

I met yoga in 1990 for the first time and after 3 years of practice, I started teaching it in Miskolc in 1993. I was a member of the Miskolc Yoga Association, then I worked a lot on the realisation of the first serious, organised yoga teacher training where I actually earned my degree. 

At present I am a board member of the Hungarian Yoga Teachers’ Association which was founded in 2006.
